MPS U-10s win first place at Coral Estates/Miami Springs President's Day Tournament

Miami , February 2006 – Miami Premier Soccer Club's U-10 girls won first place at the 2006 Coral Estates/Miami Springs President's Day Tournament held the weekend of February 18th and 19th at Virginia Gardens.

The MPS U-10s played Tropical Park (1-3) and Miami Springs (1-2) the first day of the tournament. On the second day, MPS players faced Miami Springs a second time, in this case to determine the first place seed for Finals. Miami Premier's U-10s won 2-1 after an exciting game which went into overtime and penalty kicks.

In the Finals, MPS' girls defeated Tropical Park 2-1, crowning themselves 2006 U-10 Champions at the Coral Estates/Miami Springs Tournament.
