Please contribute to MPS' used soccer
equipment drive to benefit underprivileged
players in the Cayman Islands!
As part of its continuous effort to help bring the healthy practice of soccer to underprivileged communities, Miami Premier Soccer Club is inviting all players/families to donate their used soccer equipment (cleats, shinguards, balls, soccer uniforms, water bottles, etc) in an initiative to help underprivileged players in the Cayman Islands.
Community service is a tradition at MPS, and this equipment drive is being organized in conjunction with Everton Edwards, Head Women's Soccer Coach at FIU, who conducts soccer camps in the Cayman Islands on a regular basis. He has offered to ship and distribute all collected items to young soccer players participating in camps on the Islands.
If you have any used soccer equipment to donate, and would like to participate in our club's Girl Power efforts, please contact Joe Bilella (305) 934 6173 or Irina Reuss (786) 797 2916 to arrange delivery during practice one night.
Shown below are MPS players from left to right: Michelle Court-Reuss (U15s), Kimberly Bilella (U15s), Gabriella Verde (U15s) and Natalia Verde (U10s) with a box of equipment collected over the last two years by player Michelle Court-Reuss.
