Three MPS teams reach the finals at FLUGSA playoffs

MPS (Miami Premier Soccer Club), Dade County’s oldest all-girls soccer organization, was the only club from the southern divisions to field teams in the finals of three different age groups at this year’s Florida United Girls Soccer Association’s Playoffs.

MPS U9 girls beat Palm Beach United (6-5) and Miami Shores (1-0) before losing to the Renegades (1-4) to take second place in their division.

MPS U11 girls were able to beat Makos (1-0) which was the leading team in their division, before losing to Wellington (1-6) in the finals to take second place.

MPS U13 girls, who came out on top for the season in their south division, beat Jupiter (2-1) before losing to Plantation (1-2) in the finals, also taking second place overall.
